I completely agree with you about real estate agents. They can take the legwork and stress off of your shoulders. We are currently in the market to buy a brand new inventory home from a builder. We have all of our ducks in a row, meaning we have hired movers, we have a lender available at http://www.lonestarfinancing.com/refinance/austin/, and we are preapproved with our Mortgage Broker. The problem is that we could possibly get a better deal if we did not use a realtor to buy this home. With this said, is it better to get a great deal or be protected by a realtor?
